The AMS 2140 Machinery Health Analyzer takes vibration data and analysis measurements to the next level. It features simultaneous four-channel plus phase data collection and unique peak detection capabilities for the earliest indication of bearing and gearbox degradation. Wirelessly upload route data and corrective maintenance jobs from the field to AMS Machinery Health Manager for analysis and reporting. AMS Machinery Manager integrates data from multiple technologies, including vibration, oil analysis, thermography, and balancing into a single database. Alerts generated by AMS Machinery Manager can be exported automatically to AMS Asset Performance Management where they are combined with alerts from other plant assets to provide a unified view of your plant’s health. Together, the AMS 2140 and AMS deliver the predictive intelligence necessary for increasing availability and reliability in the plant.
